1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Vb33 reserves the right to suspend any account and forfeit its balance at any time if false information was provided during registration or if account security is compromised.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Depositing from another person's account is strictly prohibited. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Vb33 regularly offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and various promotional offers. The following terms apply to the receipt and use of these bonuses:

• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement, typically 10–30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• The maximum bet placed with bonus funds is capped at ৳500 per round or 10% of the total bonus amount, whichever is lower.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vb33 platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating two or more accounts or using another person's account.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack, crack, or technically manipulate the platform in any way.
• Using any software, bots, or automated systems to influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Misconduct or threats directed at platform staff.
• Attempting to collect another user's personal information or gain unauthorized access to their account.

6 Account Closure Policy

Vb33 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If registration was completed using false information.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure and no policy violations have occurred, the funds will be returned to the user. However, in cases of policy violation, the balance may be forfeited.
